Duties of AP Panchayat Secretary
1.Preparation of budget and Annual Management Report. 2. Preparation of calculation list. 3.Preservation of cash book and other books of accounts and planning of monthly/quarterly reports of accounts and assigning the same before the Panchayat. 4.
