KCET Web Counselling 2014 Procedure and Dates at kea.kar.nic.in: As per the latest update by Karnataka Examination Authority, KCET 2014 counseling dates schedule has been rescheduled. So, all the students who want to appear for counseling should follow the new schedule, the new schedule provided in the information booklet for certificate verification and option entry for online seat allotment procedure is modified. Now, the new schedule for KCET 2014 counseling would start from 2nd June 2014 and would end on 17th June 2014.
KCET 2014 is conducted to provide admission for the students into the various professional under graduation courses like engineering, medical and dental for this academic year 2014-2015 in the state of Karnataka.
Karnataka KCET Web Counselling 2014 Procedure:
The candidates who are eligible for KCET 2014 counseling they are required to attend the certificate verification practice as per the changed schedule in anyone of the nearest helpline center in order to gain eligible for Option entry. Candidate’s required to carry their certificates in original and photocopy for verification in any one of the KEA’s helpline center. The verification of original certificates will be done at once for all the courses/discipline for which the candidate is qualified for.
Modified schedule: Modified SCHEDULE FOR GENERAL CATEGORIES, ALL RESERVED CATEGORIES AND ALL SPECIAL CATEGORY APPLICANTS All General Distinction candidates, Reserved Categories candidates and all Special Category candidates should verify their certificates in any one of the allotted Helpline Centers as per the schedule and According to their rank. However Jammu & Kashmiri Migrant candidates, Horanadu & Gadinadu Kannadiga Candidates, Ex-Defense, Defense,CAPF, Scouts & Guides, Ex-CAPF, Anglo Indian,Sports (only 5th Preference), NCC (only 8th Preference) should attend for documents verification in Bangalore center only as per the ranks of the applicants.Candidates who become eligible after verification will only be allowed for entry of options.
