Eligibility criteria:For MA (Masters of Arts) in Bharathanatyam programme:
The candidates should have a BA/ B.Com or BSc degree. Also, the aspirants should have attained five years of teaching experience or they should have attained a diploma in dance from the Madras University or any equivalent.
For MA(Masters of Arts) in Rhythmology programme: The applicants applying for this programme should have any degree from the University of Madras. The aspirants can take the application forms either by post or by person.
Issuing of application form to person: application form can be gained in person from the Information Centre, University of Madras, Chennai - 600 005 on paying application fee of Rs 200 on making of attested photo copy of the Communal certificate) by cash.
Getting of application form by post: aspirants those who want to obtain application form by post have to send a written request specifying the name of the course together with a demand draft of Rs 250 i.e. for Rs 200 is towards cost of application form and Rs 50 towards postage charges) drawn in favor of "The Registrar, University of Madras, Chennai-5".
The aspirants can also download the application forms through online.
