Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS)Department is headed by Commissioner / Director at the State Head Quarterswith 18 Sections on various subjects of Women Development and Child Welfare,There are Six Regional Deputy Directors in Six Zones through Head Quarters at Visakhapatnam, Eluru, Kurnool, Ongole, Warangal and Hyderabad who are in overall management for implementation of various Welfare Platforms for Women and Children in their particular Zones. The authority of each Region is extended from three to six Districts along with the stated objectives ICDS is providing huge employment to the people and recruiting many people to different districts.
