CAT 2014 Notification-CAT Exam Admit Card Exam Results 2014 at iimcat.ac.in: CAT (Common Admission Test) is a national level entrance test, which was conducted to provide admission for management programs in Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and top B-Schools which are present across the country. It tests an aspirant on his quantitative ability, verbal ability, data interpretation skills and logical reasoning; and assists as the eligibility criteria for being acknowledged into the professional business administration courses in various IIMs spread through the country. The examination is designed to assess the management aptitude of candidate by testing his logical and communication skills. But it not an easy task to qualify in the examination it hardly takes three to four months of intense preparation to qualify in the test. The entrance test is open for all graduates. For this academic year CAT-2014 online Registration dates will be announced in the month of August 2014 and CAT 2014 examination would be conducted in the month of October 2014 in various online examination centers throughout India. Important dates to remember:
Online registration will start from Aug 8.
Online Registration will end on Sept 30.
Admit card for CAT 2014 will be available from Oct 16.
CAT 2014 Results will be declared on 3rd week of December.
CAT 2014 examination pattern:CAT-2014 exam pattern would be held over a period of two days, the exam is going to be held in 354 centers of 99 cities. The number of questions in each section has been increased to 50 from the present 30 questions. Aspirants can switch over from one section to another section at any point of time during the examination.
