TANCA 2014 Counseling Dates-TANCA Updates at www.annauniv.edu.in: TANCA (Tamil Nadu Common Admission) 2014 Counseling was scheduled from 22nd Aug 2014 to 27th Aug 2014, where the counseling is going to be conducted for GATE Category candidates on 22nd August 2014 and for non-GATE candidates Counselling is scheduled from 23rd August 2014 to 27th August 2014. So all appeared aspirants are advised to check the counseling date because only counselling process will be used for allotment of seats to the appeared candidates. Aspirants have to take admission in only one program i.e. either Full time program or part time program.Aspirants who were appearing for the TANCA Counselling with GATE 2014 score then aspirants need to bring GATE 2014 Score card/rank card and any other cards will not be accepted. After the seat allotment process aspirants need to submit the original valid GATE-2014 score card. TANCA Counselling dates will be informed to the aspirants by sending call letter through ordinary post. Even if post does not received by the aspirants, interested and eligible candidates need to appear for the counselling.

Minimum marks to be attained by the General category candidates in the examination are 50 % and the Minimum mark to be attained by the BC/BCM/ MBC & DNC / SC/ SCA/ ST category aspirants in the examination is 45 %.Before the beginning of the counselling process, counselling schedule will be available at the official website of Anna University i.e. at www.annauniv.edu.in Counselling is going to be held at Anna University, Chennai. At the time of counselling aspirants need to pay Rs.5300 by general category applicants and Rs.1150 for SC/ SCA/ ST Applicants. This amount should be paid in the form of Demand Draft or cash.
