IIT-Kharagpur Admissions 2014 Online Applications at www.IIT-Kharagpur.nic.in: IIT-Kharagpur is all set to invite applications for providing admission to Ph.D Program (sponsored, regular and individual fellowship (i.e. CSIR/ DBT/ UGC/ICMR/INSPIRE categories) in all disciplines of Technology, Engineering, Humanities & Social Sciences, Science, Architecture & Regional Planning and Law. So candidates those who are interested to take admission in above mention categories submit your application on or before the last date of 28th October 2014, where the application form are available on the official website of IIT-Kharagpur at www.IIT-Kharagpur.nic.in

IIT-Kharagpur Admissions 2014 and Applications Procedure 

IIT-Kharagpur University: IIT-Kharagpur university was established in the year 1956, by the Parliament of India passed an act known as the Indian Institute of Technology (Kharagpur) act declaring IIT-Kharagpur institute as that of national importance. Now IIT-Kharagpur University is offering number of PG and UG courses to number of students through the country. 

Eligibility criteria for IIT-Kharagpur Admissions 2014

 candidates those who are applying for this should have completed his graduation in any discipline in Technology / Engineering / Architecture / M.Sc with at least 60 per cent (55 per cent for SC/ST) of marks from any of the recognized universities.

Selection process: selection of the candidates will be based on the written exam score and personal interview held by the institute.

Application Fee: every candidate have to pay application fee in form of demand draft, such that all general and OBC candidates have to pay Rs 500 and Rs 250 for SC/ST drawn in favor of IIT Kharagpur, and payable at Kharagpur, West Bengal.

How to apply: eligible and interested candidates are required to fill in the online application form which is available at the official website. The filled form along with the demand draft should be sent to IIT-Kharagpur, West Bengal.
