About CAT Exam:
The CAT 2014 exam can be helpful for the candidates to get admitted to any IIMs –Indian Institute of Management to study Post Graduation in Management. There are 1.7 Lakhs of candidates appeared for the test .So it is a gigantic task to filter out the candidates from these test takers. So the result is delayed and now the schedule is going to end and the normalized scores will be displayed in the result.

Normalization process of scoring is an established practice for comparing candidate scores across multiple Forms and is adopted by Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam.
There are 2 sections in the CAT 2014 exam namely Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation and Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning.
Total questions are 100 and maximum score is 300 marks. Each section will get 50 questions.
